01. IDENTIFY THE CAUSE

 

Anger is one of the emotions of stress and has a direct influence on the state of your health, as well as on personal and professional relationships. In this program you will explore and identify the specific triggers and areas of your life where this emotional state is more present and, consequently, having a negative impact, making you feel drained,  frustrated and tense. By unraveling its roots, you can begin to respond to everyday situations more effectively.

02. DECODING ANGER

 

Each emotion provides value and pertinente information reggarding what we are experiencing moment to moment. During your stay you will understand the power of each emotion, learn how to recognize, accept and release. By mastering this, you’ll uncover the triggers and patterns that have fueled anger and other limiting states—allowing you to break free and step into clarity and empowerment.

 

03. RENOVATION & TRANSFORMATION

We explore the concept of Mindfulness, what it consists of and how it is practiced. We will have an informal practice and a formal meditation practice every session.

S2. Beliefs & Perception of Reality

Our perception of reality profoundly influences how we see and interact with our surroundings.In this session we you will discover which beliefs associated with anger are most present in your life, understand  how they influence your day-to-day experience, and be able to deconstruct them.

I didn’t expect a few days to make such a difference, but it did

"I’d been putting off dealing with a lot in my personal life, brushing it all under the carpet and telling myself I was fine. Then I had a bike accident that left me with broken ribs, and suddenly everything I’d been avoiding came crashing down. I couldn’t pretend anymore.

At the retreat, something shifted. I didn’t feel like I had to talk everything to death. It was more about feeling what was actually there,

in my body and mind.

For the first time in ages, I wasn’t just coping; I was starting to understand why I’d been stuck for so long. I learned ways to ground myself when old fears kicked in, and I’m leaving with a sense that I can face what comes up, instead of running from it. I didn’t expect a few days to make such a difference, but it did."
