This private, online immersion mirrors the essence of Aether’s in-person retreats,

a sanctuary of awareness and awakening, guided 1:1 over 8 weeks.

Over two months, you are guided to meet yourself anew, releasing what no longer serves, reclaiming your energy, and allowing your natural vitality to return.

Through reconnection with your inner wisdom, you begin to cultivate lasting

Through six 90-minute sessions and two integration meetings, you’ll learn to decode your emotions,

quiet the mind, and return to the intelligence

of the present moment.
Each session unfolds into your daily life through personalized mindfulness recommendations and reflective practices.

Your Online Journey includes:

  • 8 weeks of 1:1 online guidance (total of 8 sessions);

  • 1 online 90min, one-on-one session;

  • 1 weekly follow-up regarding mindfulness recommended practices;

  • Optional written reflections between sessions;

  • Digital manual accompanying the program.
