OVERCOMING ANXIETY
6 days & 5 nights
Anxiety is not an enemy, it is a messenger. This retreat welcomes you into a space where the inner noise is met with compassion and clarity.
Layer by layer, the invisible roots of tension are unveiled, allowing you to breathe deeper, feel safer, and listen more gently to yourself.
Through attuned presence and sacred guidance,
you remember the stillness within
a calm and clear knowing that becomes your new center.
Immerse yourself in a period of reflection and self-discovery.
Experience profound changes as you integrate mindfulness practices that give you the ground to gain insight.
This week was designed just for you!

01. IDENTIFY THE CAUSE
Fear is the emotion responsible for the state of anxiety. This is triggered the moment you realize or imagine that something you consider yours is in danger. In this program you will explore and identify in which areas of your life this emotional state is more present and, consequently, having a negative impact.
By unraveling its roots, you can begin to respond to everyday situations more effectively
02. DECODING FEAR
Each emotion provides value and pertinente information reggarding what we are experiencing moment to moment. During your stay you will understand the power of each emotion, learn how to recognize, accept and release. As you master this you will be able to investigate the triggers, patterns of thought or action, that have been feeding the state of fear in your life.
03. GROWTH & TRANSFORMATION
As the patterns that brought you here are unraveled, you will be able to understand them and turn them into opportunities for growth instead of defeats.
You will be able to observe and say "no" to decisions, people and experiences that do not contribute to your sense of well-being, happiness or fulfillment.

I feel happy for having insvested
this time in myself.
"I wasn’t sure what to expect from this retreat. I just knew I’d been feeling anxious for a long time and needed a break from everything, work, parenting, the constant pressure. The setting helped me disconnect, and the sessions were very different from anything I’ve done before.
I feel more grounded now, more capable of handling my days without that constant tight feeling in my chest. I feel happy for having insvested this time in myself, something I don’t usually allow."

The program was very inspiring
"The program was very inspiring for me and has touched on many aspects of my life which needed more attention. I find Renata's interpretation and aproach to mindfulness was exactly the right mix for me, with more practical and concrete context-based guidelines and methodic rather than too many esoteric abstractions."

This experience helped me become more present in my personal & professional life
"Before this retreat, I was overwhelmed, carrying stress and old emotional wounds that I didn’t even fully recognize. Renata’s guidance helped me not only slow down and identify what I’d been avoiding but also gave me practical tools to manage those feelings moving forward. This experience helped me become more present
in both my personal and professional life."
