01. LEARNING TO BE PRESENT

 

By cultivating an awareness of the present, one learns to disengage from the ruminative cycle of past regrets or future anxieties that often contribute to these emotional struggles.

Being present allows for a deeper understanding of one's thoughts and emotions without judgment. In consequence a more compassionate acceptance of oneself, facilitating a gradual journey towards emotional balance and stability

02. DECODING SADNESS

Sadness  is the emotion responsible for the state of depression. During your stay you will understand the power of each emotion, learn how to recognize, accept and release. As you master this you will be able to investigate the triggers, patterns of thought or action, that have been feeding the state of sadness in your life.

03. GROWTH & TRANSFORMATION

As the patterns that brought you here are unraveled, you will be able to understand them and turn them into opportunities for growth instead of defeats.

You will be able to observe and say "no" to decisions, people and experiences that do not contribute to your sense of well-being, happiness or fulfillment.

S1. Intro to Mindfulness
We explore the concept of Mindfulness, what it consists of and how it is practiced. We will have an informal practice and a formal meditation practice every session.

S2. Beliefs & Perception of Reality

Our perception of reality profoundly influences how we see and interact with our surroundings.In this session we you will discover which beliefs associated with anger are most present in your life, understand  how they influence your day-to-day experience, and be able to deconstruct them.

"Just a few lines to thank you wholeheartedly for the insightful and inspiring time with you.

This deep dive into mindfulness was more than a pause,it reawakened something in me.

It reminded me that presence isn’t something I have to earn, it is always available when I choose to come back to it.

Our time together gave me the motivation, and the courage, to start showing up for myself again. To include those quiet, loving rituals in my daily life, not as a luxury, but as something essential. I left the resort with a tear in my eye this morning. It was a lovely stay.

I learned simple tools I can actually use

day to day

A friend of mine had done one of Renata’s retreats and spoke about it with such genuine enthusiasm that I felt inspired to do one myself. I’ve lived with depression for most of my adult life. And something in me thought: maybe it’s time to try something different. Renata has a presence that’s calm, clear, and deeply tuned in. What surprised me most was how practical it all felt.
