We offer four personalized, one-on-one programs: Personal Restart: Designed for individuals experiencing overwhelming stress in high-stakes environments. Release Depression: Tailored for those navigating persistent depression, addressing intricate mental and physical health challenges. Overcome Anxiety: Crafted for individuals grappling with overwhelming anxiety, helping them recognize and seize opportunities around them. Transform Anger: Uniquely designed for those contending with irritability and frustration, impeding progress towards goals and hindering happiness.

Our retreats are hosted in exclusive, handpicked luxury hotels across four destinations: Portugal: All year round in Melides, near the iconic Comporta region. Greece: From April to September on serene Greek islands. Vietnam: From November to March along peaceful coastlines. Indonesia: From November to March amidst lush landscapes.

Each exclusive one-on-one retreat includes: A minimum of 5 nights' accommodation in a private villa at one of our exclusive handpicked luxury hotels. All nutritious and delicious meals. Daily one-on-one morning and afternoon sessions (4 hours per day). Daily one-on-one guided mindfulness and yin yoga practices. One day of silence. Transfer from and to the airport.

Reservation Terms & Conditions: Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the intended arrival date. Payment: A 50% deposit of the total retreat package is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due one week before your scheduled arrival. For bookings made within one week of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of reservation. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your retreat, a fee of 30% of the total retreat package value will apply. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will result in a retention of 20% of the total value by Aether Luxury Retreats. Cancellations made 59 days before arrival will result in a retention of 50% of the total value. No refunds are given for "no shows," flight cancellations, delays, or early departures. Prices and Payment Methods: All prices are in euros and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and bank transfer.
