Reservation Terms & Conditions:

Booking Deadline: Reservations must be made within 10 days prior to the intended arrival date.

Payment: A 50% deposit of the total retreat package is required to confirm your reservation. The remaining 50% is due one week before your scheduled arrival. For bookings made within one week of the arrival date, full payment is required at the time of reservation.

Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your retreat, a fee of 30% of the total retreat package value will apply.

Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations made 60 days or more before arrival will result in a retention of 20% of the total value by Aether Luxury Retreats.
- Cancellations made 59 days before arrival will result in a retention of 50% of the total value.
- No refunds are given for "no shows," flight cancellations, delays, or early departures.

Prices and Payment Methods: All prices are in euros and are subject to change without notice. We accept payments via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, and bank transfer.
