The program is based on the content of the famous MBSR Program - Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction - created by Dr. Jon Kabat Zinn.

By enrolling in this program, you will be able transform your perspective and beliefs understanding the crucial impact they currently have in shaping your reality. You will relaxed, calm and inspired to go back into your life and take action to achieve the results your aiming for.

 

The sessions are held on 4 consecutive days, in the morning and in the afternoon, and 1 day of Silence. The program combines moments of theory with meditation and Yin yoga practices.
